Not at all. A significant part of my work is with small and mid-market businesses — companies with 50 to 2,000 employees that need strategic AI and RPA guidance but can't justify a Big 4 engagement. I've designed my services specifically for this segment.
We already have an RPA program. Can you still help?
Yes — often this is where I add the most value. If you have an existing RPA program, I can assess the health of your automation portfolio, identify technical debt and underperforming bots, and build a modernization roadmap that prepares you for AI-augmented workflows.
Are you vendor-neutral, or do you have platform affiliations?
I am completely vendor-neutral. I have hands-on experience with UiPath, Automation Anywhere, and Blue Prism, which means I can evaluate any of them objectively based on what fits your environment — not based on referral fees or certifications.
What does a Fractional AI Advisor engagement look like?

Yes. While I'm based in Dallas, TX, I work with clients nationally and can conduct all assessments and advisory engagements remotely. On-site workshops and executive sessions can be arranged for the right engagement.
